Vanishing Notes

So I'm kind of confused. I just updated my MobileMe account to iCloud, and everything is fine except that the notes on that account are not there. I have four note accounts and the three others are there but the MobileMe/iCloud account kinda disappeared. I still have all the notes backed up in my email, but I'm just wondering if there is a way to get them back in the notes app without creating a new account and copying all the backed upfield over. Thanks in advance.
