iPhone 3GS running iOS 5

Various Bugs:
* Safari crashes when opened.
* Email crashes when opened.
* Media no longer compatible with car stereo.
* When disconnected from car stereo the media will not play - media will play only when phone is re-started.

I have tried to "Reset All Settings", this did not fix any of the above problems. I will try another restore when I get home and report back with result.

Anyone having any similar issues?
