Velocity Micro - PC Alternative?

This looks like quite the workstation. Does anyone know if it can be hackintoshed?

Yes but the better deal is just building it yourself as it is just a dual socket PC. 3000.00 can go a very long way and I'd rather have a better GPU than 32GB of memory. Sorry, don't need it. Don't see why you would not be able to hackintosh it if it uses standard chipsets.

Yet another company knocking up some computer in a silver case and calling it a workstation.
I mean.. A case window! It's a toy for gamer-geeks who think its important that their mates can see their motherboard all lit up with a light.
Workstations are built with predicted lifespans out of tested hardware combinations so that they know it will run for 4 years solid, like my mac pro. You won't find it on a list of certified machines produced by any CAD software maker, that's for sure. Dell Prescisions and HP Z series computers are workstations.

you have a point, but when you build it yourself, and something goes wrong, it's all on you. i've built my own systems before (typing on one now), but i'd be very nervous building one for over $3,000.
