Okay, first I am really sorry to vent out right in the first post but what I am experiencing with apple for last 8 days, I have no option but to vent out and see if this is common thing or me being just unlucky
The Fustration and lack of service
To start with, I signed up with mobile me on 3rd March and found my mail is not at all working through any means (web, outlook, iphone) .
So I contacted apple through their chat, was really pleased to see an agent with me within 1 mins of opening a chat session. He suggested me to wait for few hours and try again but no luck. So I contacted them again the next day morning, this time I was told to wait for another 24 hours while its getting resolved...no luck yet
Finally I started yelling at them, so the agent escalated the case to "specialist" and gave me a ticket number. This happened on 6/7th March.
Now I am on 8th day of the issue and engineering team is still working on it. And since then I am just getting an update that issue is very complex and engineering team is still working on it through this specialist. If I contact the chat desk, they are virtually refusing to chat with me saying the specialist is already emailing you an update

While experience with service is one of the worst I have to agree the service agents were sincere and polite within their limits to help me out.
