Ventura 13.7 - Noticeable Drop in Graphics Performance

Mac Studio M2 Max with 38-core GPU.
After updating from 13.6.9 to 13.7 I see a noticeable drop in Graphics Performance (Max FPS) in some Games.

Darwinia dropped to MaxFPS 44 fps while using Metal Renderer. (Could easily do 3-figure fps on 13.6.9)
Two Point Hospital is lagging very bad during scrolling.

Anyone else?
