it says i need to go to disk utility and repair it but when i got to disk utility the option to repair is grayed out.

did you try uninstalling bootcamp? redownload bootcamp and try installing it again. the original download may have been corrupt.

Try booting from the Install DVD in order to do "Repair Disk".
Insert DVD, restart Mac, then hold down the C key after the chime. It should give you the option to repair disk instead of running repair disk via mac os x (greyed out option). See if that works.

I had the same problem yesterday while using boot camp. You have to restart the computer and when it boots hold the apple button together with the S key. When the command line comes up type /sbin/fsck -fy than press enter. When it's done type reboot. That should solve the problem.
