Verifying "libmpengine.dylib"... dialog after reboot from 12.3.1 update

I updated to 12.3.1 and after the reboot I have a small dialog that says Verifying "libmpengine.dylib". It looks like a progress bar, but nothing is moving. I searched and can't find what this file is. Anyone else see this or have any ideas?

Similar issue here after updating to 12.3.1 but different file. Mine says "Verifying 'libNamesDetector_x86M!_8_9_02748319216.cpy.dylib". I am also unable to find any information on how to fix or what the file is.

I am having the same issue.

I eventually reboot the machine and the message went away. No idea what it was or if it's still some issue somewhere.
