Verifying that I am unlocked before trip abroad

Hello,

I have an iPhone 3gs

I am running:
version 3.0.1 (7A400)
modem firmware 4.26.08

I originally jailbroke my phone with redsn0w and i have ultrasn0w installed.

I am able to tether.

I have AT&T, and push notifications/visual voicemail are working.

I am travelling to Europe next week, and I just want to verify that when I get there I will be able to pop in a European sim card and my phone/data will work.

Yup, I'm sure you have a friend that's on a different carrier. Just pop it in and you should find out in about 30 seconds if you're unlocked and good to go!
