Verizon contacts

I downloaded all contacts from prior phone using VZ contact transfer app and to my new phone and it worked fine for a couple of days- then all contacts from old phone just disappeared- HELP PLEASE?!

Depending on the phone it's very possible those contacts are in your e-mail account, especially if you have g-mail.
