iPhone Verizon Iphone 5 Jailbreak w/ LTE

Ok i recently just got Verizon because i was sick of Sprints slow ass network. And i jailbroke my Verizon Iphone 5 with 6.1.2 and now I cant get LTE. My data speed is always at 3G and i know there is a problem because my GF with the same phone is getting LTE without cydia installed, Has anyone else noticed this? And what can i do? because if i restore it automatically updates to 6.1.3 and then i can jailbreak it... any help would be appreciated

did you enable LTE? what tweaks do you have installed?

I never messed with any settings. i delted every tweak i had, and recently just re downloaded iblacklist.

well, have you tried going into settings and see if LTE was enabled?
