Can anybody on verizon check your phone and tell me what is the latest software update available from them? I want to make sure I have it

Yes, what is the carrier version? If you go to software update on your iphone, which software is the latest that's offered for a verizon customer?

Verizon 27.1 (iOS 10.2.1)
 
This can vary depending on location but like C DM I'm also on version 27.1.

Verizon gets the same iOS updates that every other iPhone gets. iOS updates are handled and distributed by Apple, not carriers. Now the carrier version is different, and been posted a few times in this thread. I'm on iOS beta 10.3, but I believe normal version 10.2.1. If I'm incorrect, someone will chime in with the correct one.
