i know this is has been asked multiple times but i read on here that ATT&T is going after people for tethering now?

honestly do you think it's something to worry about for verizon customers with unlimited data plans?

i really don't think people need to worry unless your going crazy and using 5+ gigs a month with tethering...

Throttle (slow down) your download/upload speed.

As for tethering, I wouldn't worry about Verizon coming after you AS LONG as you don't get stupid with it and start streaming video, and watching a lot of youtube, bit torrents, and d/l Linux distros you should be fine....basically use it for just forum, news, light youtube, etc.
