What do you expect when you have their fanboys egging them on, calling the network the best network in the world, they need to come outside of their little hole of America to see where other countries are progessing with their networks.

I don't know if Verizon is the best network in the world, but they are the best network in the US. Verizon is progressing just fine on their network. They already have the best 3G coverage in the US and they will be first to roll out a 4G network. It will be interesting to see what happens when the iPhone and AT&T are still stuck on 3G/EDGE and Verizon has their 4G network up and running. AT&T fans will say 3G is good enough just like they claim that EDGE is good enough right now.

Last time I checked they don't have a 4g network, and AT&T is also building their 4g network too. AT&T's 3g network is even faster than Verizon's.

If AT&T beats Verizon to 4G I will eat my words, but I have much more confidence in Verizon to roll out 4G first and quickly spread 4G from coast to coast. AT&T will do what they do best and that is focus only on the largest, most profitable markets while everyone else is probably still stuck on EDGE.

Exactly how many years has AT&T been attempting to get 3G rolled out? Three years? You would think their map wouldn't look so spotty after all that time.

I'll take my 3G on AT&T which takes the cake on speed....I'll admit AT&T network isn't flawless, but considering where I live, AT&T is the best company...its 3G speed beat anything Verizon and Sprint can do(due to EVDO just not matching HSPA)

As far as this 4G talk, we don't know yet...so pretending otherwise is a bit silly.

They are going WiMAX. Terrible business decision. Unless smaller regional companies are going WiMAX as well and they can partner they will have an even spotter 4G map then AT&T's 3G map.

Cough cough...Verizon Fanboy...cough cough

AT&T has its' problems, but at least they know how to treat customers. And at least in south east MI, I can get a 3G signal. With Verizon, both of those two things were impossible for me.
