If i install different versions of an Application inside the account of different users, might this create problems in the way the applications will work? Let me be more specific. Suppose i have an iMac using HighSierra and there are 3 users on my configuration. If i install PremiereCC2017 on userA, PremiereCC2019 on userB and PremiereCC2020 on userC, might this be an issue?

Adobe apps need to get installed into the main Applications folder- you cannot install them per user. Nonetheless, the 3 versions will coexist in the Applications folder without issue but you can expect that double clicking a Premiere project will open it in 2020.
