It's a new platform and the OS isn't quite up to par yet. It'll probably get better before the release and even better after the first two software updates.

What's your point? It won't even be available for another 60 days. That's enough time for several more builds of the OS before it needs to be ready for prime time.

Usability issues - the lowest ranking a bug can get and thus get sorted last.

Those are most likely one line fixes, nothing major.
