I run Sonoma 14.3.1. I noticed my account name (supposed to have standard rights) is not what I would expect it to be and it confuses me. See screenshot. On the right, called Gebruikers en Groepen, everything looks as expected with a standard rights account, an admin account and a guest account. However on the left the account I am logged in is show and its name confuses me. It is called Anonieme Beheerder, suggesting it is an admin account (beheerder is dutch for administrator) however in the right it is called Anonieme gebruiker and suggested it has standard rights. So I wonder what is going on?

To make the confusion complete I added a screenshot from my iPhone (iOS 17.3.1). I can't remember I named myself Anonieme Beheerder on my iPhone nor do I remember I picked a tennisbal avatar. This in fact seems to be forced upon me when I started using macOS. (I had my iPhone before my Mac mini running macOS Sonoma).

The name "Anonieme Beheerder" is just the Apple ID name of the Apple ID you're signed into on your Mac and iPhone, and it doesn't actually mean it is an administrator on the Mac. It can be any name you set it as, and it will synchronise across your Mac and iPhone. As @galad just said, "Anonieme gebruiker" is the local account name on your Mac, and is only on the Mac. I have different names on my local Mac account and my Apple ID, but the profile pictures seem to synchronise. It gets a bit confusing, but you can change either or both of those names. The real information about Mac account privilege status is "Standaard" in the small grey font.
