I was cleaning my iMac screen today and noticed on the top right there was a very faint crack or scratch of some sort. When looking at the iMac head on or while using it (with the scren on) it isn't visible however I can just barely feel it. Now I don't know what caused it, wether it was me putting the iMac down to install Ram or if it was the Tech who replaced my Logic Board after my iMac screwed up.
Nevertheless, is this something to worry about? I can barely feel it and can only see it from a sharp angle (with a window behind me) but I don't want something to happen. If, god forbid something would later happen to it, can I replace simply the glass panel by bringing it to a Tech and they simply open the glass, replace it with a new one? How much will that cost?
Or should I simply ignore this very faint but visible-on-an-angle crack/scratch (I don;t even know what it is, but I can just barely feel it). I'm one of those people who makes sure every little thing is perfect.
Thanks for reading,
Michael.
