... I try to swipe on my iPad instead of using the home button.

When I had the BB Playbook for a couple months, I did the same thing to my iPad 2. Very nice feature.

Haha. I've been saying that Apple needs to dump the home button and go to gesture controls.

My old TouchPad did something similar too. You swipe up from the button and it unlocks or something like that.

What about the iPhone? I feel stupid going back to my iPhone after months with BB10; the former is literally a toy full of apps.

Any serious communicator should check out BB10.

Nice joke.

With BBM gone cross platform, there are no compelling reasons to get BB10.

If I listed all the communication options available on iOS it would dwarf blackberry 10...10 times over

iOS and Android are better communication devices. Can't even be compared to the trash that is BB10

BB10 is far from trash. It's just still lacking apps, and running android apps on it is not a great experience for most apps. If I wasn't dependant on plenty of apps, I would probably go for a BB.

I got BB10 for the system and the multiple SDK support, not for BBM.

For business, BB10 offers hardware-based security and segregated business/private domains on the device.

And organisations can buy German 2500 EUR communications encryption SD cards like the German government does.

Before iOS 7 I would use Zephyr from Cydia. Who knows what's going to happen with that tweak now that Control Center was introduced.

I recently took my z10 off the shelf and updated to 10.2 and the difference is night and day. Blackberry really hit the mark with this one. Android apps install/run seamlessly, battery life is much better, iOS-level smoothness, and the multitasking is best in class, IMO.

The next gen of BB phones and tablets should be really, really interesting. Especially if they give the consumers what they want as far as how BB bridge functions.
