iPhone Very weird-why are icons in folders still dark ?

Not a huge issue but I just updated and the icons inside folders are sort of dark. I only thought that happened when apps inside of folders needed to update/download but all apps are updated/downloaded

I had this with my Facebook app, the app looked fine when I opened the folder. I just turned the phone off, and on again and the icon went back to normal.

I’m pretty sure that’s because they’re still updating.

It's just a bug...

Go into the folder, hard press so apps wiggle like they will be moved, tap outside the folder, hit done in upper right. Fixed. (and didn't come back for me)
