viber error

Ok again I have tried to use vibr=er on the new operating system, it tells me I need an internet connection, im using 3G, and then it send a message ' device key generating error, you have to re-register, obviously when I do this it deletes all my old message, please help, how am I meant to get my old messages onto my new phone?

Can someone from the viber team please contact me, as I'm still having the same issues, it is coming up with an error message ' device key generating error, you have to re-register' each time I do that I loose all of my old messages, please advice?

I doubt someone on the Viber support team is going to be on this thread, and given the chance they even are I doubt they'll contact you. You have to contact THEM if you want support.

Ok thanks for your reply. The poblem with the viber support you can only search for relevant messages, and there isnt a message referencing to what I need to know.

Do you know of any other way contacting the viber support team?
