iPad mini Viber settings problem?

I cant find the same setting that iphone and android phones have on viber.. Is this ok? And how can i take backup without the settings??

The images are on greek language, the first photo show the setting from account and the second photo shows the settings from privacy.. I have only these settings.. I dont understand.. I just make a fresh install and still the same.

I think you might get a better response if you temporarily changed your iPhone language to English and posted an English screenshot. [Now I know where that phrase "It's Greek to Me" came from].

Is that an Apple issue or a Viber issue? Viber used to be my go to service when traveling overseas. Been a long time since I’ve used their service though.
