I own an unlocked iPhone and have started to have the vibrate rattling sound problem. I was wondering will Apple fix the phone even though its unlocked?

Vibrate is broken.

Restore it, fix the baseband, take it to Apple, figure out how to explain to them that you know the vibrate doesn't work even though you've never had service.
So, I didn't want to start a new thread as this is pretty much what happened to me yesterday.
I installed Massager last night 1/23/09 and it never vibrated!! So I tried to reset and change settings and nothing worked instead of vibrating it made an odd low pitch kind of rattle but very soft. Could this have been the app or just a coincidence?
I have a new one now since I went to Apple this morning to trade it in. -of course I tried a full restore and that did not fix anything.
