Really unclear as to why this keeps happening. I have an Apple Watch, iPhone 13 Pro, and a MacBook Pro (m1). I feel like a lot of the times in the last six months or so, my phone or watch won't vibrate when I get notifications. Yesterday, I pulled out my phone and had about seven notifications that were quite important, but I never felt any vibration whatsoever. I've tried increasing vibration intensity, I've triple checked I don't have do not disturb on or anything like that.

I also know there's that (annoying) feature where your phone won't notify you if you are on actively on your computer with the same iCloud account, but I wasn't on my computer when this was happening yesterday.. I hadn't been on it in hours. (I also hate that feature so if anyone knows how to turn it off, please let me know).

Anyway, what could be happening here? Is there any debugging I can do? Can I plug my phone into my computer and use a program to look into what happened?? (Xcode?)

Another possibility is your iPhone has been corrupted in some way. If that's the case the only solution is to restore the iPhone and to NOT restore from a backup. The backup would likely reinstate the issue.

Since I updated I have a problem. Many notifications (especially those from third parties) do not vibrate. When I receive a notification it does not vibrate (it happens with some apps). The same thing happens on the Apple Watch. I have vibration mode set to sound. The screen also doesn't turn on when I receive the notification. They are silent notifications.
