Lists about the new features of iOS 9 mentioned the flash setting during shooting video. I just can't turn the flash on or off during shooting. Anybody else seeing this problem, or is it problem?

iPhone 6 and iOS 9.1

Edit1: I have never seen the setting in iOS 9

This is how it looks like. And in the dark it shows absolutely nothing. There's no bolt on the top.

You have to turn on the flash before you start recording. Tested on my iPhone 6. Flash options only appear when not recording. When recording the lightning bolt icon goes away and looks identical to your screenshot. It comes back once recording is stopped.

This is what I am seeing. I don't use video recording enough to know if we were able to change the light on the fly before though.

Yes, that's how it petty much always been. The point is that it seems some places are reporting that you can do this while recording with iOS 9.

Around 6 minutes it is shown on the video.
