OK, I have a 5.5 gen 80GB iPod with Windows with firmware 1.2.3. I recently did a clean reinstall of my computer. When I reinstalled the current versions of iTunes and Quicktime and added my songs and videos, I'm no longer able to transfer some videos and video podcasts. I get "XXX was not copied to the iPod "YYY" because it cannot be played on this iPod" message. These videos previously transferred to my iPod without issue. I've previously done clean installs without trouble and never had a problem adding these files to the iTunes library and then syncing. Any ideas why these files will no longer transfer?

I tried downgrading my iPod firmware to 1.2 and 1.2.1, I uninstalled iTunes and Quicktime and reinstalled older versions (7.4 and 7.2, respectively) but still can't transfer these files back onto my iPod. I don't understand why they worked once now don't. Nothing has changed.
