video and web conferencing technology

Our organization traditionally has separate deployments for our audio, video and web conferencing needs. With new technology and the merging of collaboration mediums, our organization is thinking of an upgrade, something that can meet our needs with a single solution; simplifying deployment and drastically reducing costs. Features should include high quality video and advance audio technology, should also has security when deploying to a public or private cloud. Plus it should work perfectly in Mac and iPad. Any suggestions?

Hi. We used to rely on Skype but now we are using GoToMeeting.

I use GoToMeeting at least six hours a day for the last 5 years, with users connected all over the world (up to 8 to 10 at a time), and it generally works pretty well (on both on Mac and PC). None of these services are perfect, and sensitive to local and downstream network issues.
