Video app showing duplicates

When I open the new Video app, select a source computer, and select tv shows, I am seeing TONS of duplicates of american dad, each with the same listing. Also, other shows like Daria don't appear at all. What's wrong?

Just to rule out some possibilities, make sure every season is correctly labeled.

Go to iTunes and pick a show, Select All and then do a Command + I (info) and make sure they all have share the same info (checking the blue box will ensure they do).

They appear to be tagged properly.

Just to show you what its supposed to look like, here is what it looks like on my iMac when accessing that same server.

I added the ", Season x" thing on the info screen and no change. They all are grouped properly in the video app, and each duplicate group brings up the same thing. It's very odd.
