Video app

i can no longer find how to play videos on my iPad or iPhone since last upgrade. Any ideas please?

Videos app was changed to the TV app. All your videos will play through the TV app.

Yes, I agree. The TV app is unreliable at best and I cannot get my videos to play with any sort of consistent performance on my iPad Air. The Videos app never had any issues at all - this TV app feels like an afterthought and developed by part time interns during lunch hour.
