Does anybody had developed something related to Video Calls?
I need to develop a Video Portal, with the same functionalities of a Voice Portal, but using audio/video.
Please post any information about it.
Thank's.

Err, the camera is on the wrong side for starters. Second it is a camera not a video recorder and third there is no such functionality in the Apple API.

I'm talking about iPhone 3G that has a video camera on the right side =)
My question is if there are a way to run an application at the same time of a call.

The basic idea is an user dial to a number (like on a voice portal) and after that number answer, show and tell all options available for user.

I have an iPhone 3G sitting right in front of me. It only has a camera on the back: the wrong side.

And the answer to everything else is no.

I've heard some rumors that the new hardware version of 3G will come with 2 cameras... one for photos and one for video calls.

As I said... I've heard rumors about it.

But I personally think that Apple won't be behind his competitors like Samsung and Nokia that makes 3G devices and supports video calls.

I don't think Jobs cares too much about feature-to-feature comparisons with other devices. If he did we would have had FM tuning on the iPod 6 years ago (or any of the other "iPod killer with feature XYZ" that has been announced since the birth of the iPod). Right or wrong his formula worked, and I can't imagine that changing at all for the iPhone.
