video camera turns on with screensaver?

In monterey 12.01 with Mac Air M1, tiny umbrella reports the video camera turns on after screensaver turns on, when I log back in. Anyone seen anything like this?

YES i'm seeing it, every time i open the laptop. i've gone into sys prefs and have revoked access for everything. hasn't helped.

this didn't happen on catalina.
