i've been using videora. it converts nicely for iphone to play(except .rmvb files), but the movie files tends to be quite large.

i've tried itune to convert very rare videos that it supports, and i think it was way smaller than the videora's converted video.(yet picture quality was the same.... i think.... never looked close enough but i never complained any how)

so any other better method? for video conversion smaller yet not sacrificing the picture quality?

If you are using mac try iSquint. And use H.264 or just use any program with the capability or H.264 conversion.
 
thk u and sorry about not mentioning me using PC. lol

but i'll look into that H.264 thing on videora.
