Hi,

I've been using MKVTools to convert some files. All of them have H.264 video and AAC audio. All worked except two files, were only the audio works, and the video works if you start the movie, but when you fast-forward or click to advance to another part of the movie, it freezes, and only the audio continues to work.

Why is this happening?

OK, I converted it using Subler and now it works... but only when watching it in my MacBook. When I transfer it to my iPad, it starts playing, but I keep having the same problem, I can't fast-forward or advance further to the video without it freezing.

The video is only 2.6mbs bit rate.

Can you drop the file in to "Media Info Mac" (now known as "Media Inspector") and paste the report? That would really help, otherwise we're just guessing.
