Universal Video/Editor that edits vertical videos?

Are there any apps that let you edit a portrait/vertical video and export in that same format?

I have several videos I made that are in vertical mode. I want to do basic video editing but KEEP the videos in the vertical aspect ratio. I've tried several apps and they all crop the image or shrink it to fit in the normal widescreen video format.

I know how to do it on FCPX, but don't have my computer with me at the moment and would love a solution on iOS.

I know its considered blasphemy to film vertical, and I agree for most situations it is. But for posting to Instagram videos it can look good!

I ended up using this app, worked well to edit the video in vertical and stay in vertical on export if anyone is interested, Videoshop - Video Editor:

@RexSeem, wow, that was bad. Would have been much more powerful if it was done right. No matter how anyone spins it, vertical video shouldn't be enabled.

LumaFusion can do this I.e. has a project and export option of 9:16 ratio.

It’s doesnt keep the aspect ratio.. just threw money down the sink... thanks....
