Hi There.

This past week I've been clearing out my harddrive, going through old video files, adding them to iTunes etc.

Today I came across a strange problem, some of the video files would not accept the album artwork.

I can get info, add the artwork and it will seem to accept it, then I will click okay. However if I check again, the artwork field will return to being blank.

I would blame it on the codec or being an old video file, but they are all new files (I had to convert the old originals to MP4) so that can't be it.

Any ideas?

I've Had this happen, try this, if the File is a .m4v file change the ext to .mp4 and add the artwork it should show up, if its .mp4 do the reverse. This is some sort of glitch in itunes.
