Video folder gone

Ok my wife has switched phone on today & the video folder is gone .

She hasn't deleted anything and recently deleted shows as 0.

Any ways to get this back ? It has birthday videos from yesterday on it of our son so be good to get them back.

I downloaded free trials of iPhone recovery software but they don't even show any video available to recover , I would buy the software if I could even see that it would bring them back

Where are you looking for the videos and how were they recorded?

If you used the phone to record the videos they will be located in the photos app under videos. Check under albums > all photos (yes videos will be in "all photos")

No they are def gone , not in any folder or in camera roll or under all photos
