video from iphonne to computer

i have an iPhone 3GS and a PowerBook G4. i have an older version of iLife and cannot import the videos i take on my iPhone into iPhoto. does anyone know of another utility i could use to import or get my videos without jailbreaking?

Could you not simply E-mail the videos to yourself? I thought on the 3G S you could send them to MobileMe or upload to Youtube and E-mail them and all that fancy stuff.
