Video Memory Not Showing in About This Mac

I picked up a base mini refurb for work a few days ago and just noticed that the amount of video RAM doesn't show up in About This Mac:

It shows up in the System Report:

All of my other Macs show the amount of video RAM in About This Mac. Is this anything to worry about, and does anyone know why this would happen? I installed an SSD into this mini, but before I did so I installed OS X on the SSD through USB on my rMBP. Could this be the cause?

The mini is working great so far (much better with an SSD) and I have no problems, but I'm just curious if this could be a sign of a more serious underlying issue.

What are your other Macs? Reason I ask is I'm looking at my 13-inch MBP from 2011 (HD 3000) and the video memory isn't showing in ATM either (I'm also running 10.9).

I'm guessing it doesn't show up because it uses shared system memory rather having its own dedicated VRAM.

It's not just for the Mini. My 2012 MBP is the same. There is no video memory information directly under About This Mac but it does show up under More Info > System Report > Graphics/Displays... VRAM 1024MB.

These mini do not have dedicated VRAM, they share the machine RAM.

Those new macs that have discrete graphics will show some dedicated VRAM associated with the card, that VRAM won't show up on the first about this mac screen either.

Thanks to everyone for your comments. This mini replaced an early 2009 mini and that machine showed the VRAM in About This Mac, and have another 2009 mini at home that shows it as well. I also have a 2012 rMBP that shows the VRAM when it is using the NVIDIA or Intel chip, and a Mac Pro at work that also shows it, so I've always seen it in all the Macs I've worked on.

Maybe it has something to do with the dynamic allocation of VRAM? The 2009 minis both had an integrated chip but the NVIDIA 9400M, which I don't think is dynamically allocated. I'm not sure about the rMBP when it uses the HD4000, but maybe it is always at 1GB so that's why it shows up. The Mac Pro, well, that only has dedicated.

Anyway, I was curious if this was a sign of the HD4000 in the mini failing, but it seems like this is common and not indicative of a problem, which is good. The great thing about refurbs as opposed to most used machines is that they come with a warranty, so if anything happens I'll just take it back to Apple.
