Video Mirroring on iPhone 4

Is it possible to do this for iPhone 4 without jailbreaking? There is a solution for iPad 1(http://www.redmondpie.com/enable-video-mirroring-and-multitasking-gestures-on-ipad-1-running-ios-5-without-jailbreaking-video/) but I'm not sure this would work on iPhone 4. Can this be done?

No. The solution for the iPad 1G is still a warranty voiding jailbreak, but a temporary jailbreak.
