Anyone using Snow Leopard with less than 2 GB memory. I've heard of video stuttering on Core Duo 1.66GHz and 1 GB RAM which is what my Mini home theater is using. I'm loving Snow Leopard on my iMac though & would like to run it on both.

We need more info on (1) which video app(s) you're having problem with and (2) what video content you're having trouble with (i.e., codec, bitrate, etc.). I can tell you that my 1.66 gHz Mini plays 1080p content at moderate bit rate (~10 mbps) just fine using Plex under Leopard. SL should give you more ram, but again it depends on the app.
I haven't run into trouble yet because I haven't installed SL on my mini. I have heard of troubles from a podcaster or 2 & was hoping to get input from others.
