Video Playback not working on nMP

Hello

I can't play most of the video contents anymore on my nMP with 10.10. It loads the video and moving forward and backwards in the video works with the image shown but it simply doesn't play and the interface becomes laggy.
I deinstalled Flash. I did PRAM reset.

- YouTube & Vimeo doesn't work with Safari and Chrome
- I deleted Safari Cache

What's wrong, can someone help?

Is playback issue just flash issues? Can you play video files in iTunes, VLC, QT, etc?

If so, did you try Mozilla browser?

It is not a flash issue since I deleted flash. I don't have VLC installed. Tried to play a trailer in iTunes which doesn't work. It shows the playback interface and if I forward a bit, it shows the current picture but doesn't play. The interface starts to lag.

Id rebuild OS clean

thats just me
