Has anybody using HandBrake had any problems with certain videos not working? All of my videos work fine on my 5th gen iPod w/video, but Wedding Crashers and Transformers didn't play (actually Transformers didn't even transfer). I have been doing them at 640x480 (or less than 480 for widescreen) with h.264, 1000 kbps video and 160kbps audio. I make the rate 1000 for video so it looks good using AppleTV and on a computer screen. Any clues?

My Transformers works fine on my iPhone. I used Handbrake and the iPhone/iPod Touch Profile.

480 x 208 pixels, H.264, 25 frames per second (PAL), data rate of 1098.74 kbps. File size is 1.05Gb.

Superb quality.

That sounds like about the same size. Do they look good when blown up on televisions? I had been using smaller sizes before I tried watching stuff on a 20" monitor. That's when I went to 640x480 or less.
