Video Podcast Issue

For some reason my video podcasts (diggnation& the totaly rad show) are not playing video on my iPhone. When I try to watch one it jet has a still frame from the show and it plays the audio fine.
Other videos I have uploaded that are not podcasts work fine.

I think that's the default if you play them via the Podcasts screen in the iPod app - try switching to the Videos screen and they should play as normal ...
