how does the video quality look for everyone else?

I tested it out sending to my gf's phone, and what she received was of far less quality than what i sent. The pictures seem to come through all right, but the videos... geez what's the point if you are going to garble the crap out of it. Way to drop the ball again AT&T.

what is everyone else experience on this front?

I heard it absolutely blows. I have a 3G though, so I wouldnt know.

Ya the video quality isn't very good. I wouldn't say it's "garbling the crap out of it" but it's bad. Even sending from one iPhone to another iPhone

one of my friends text me a Video that he recorded with his 3GS and I saved it to my Camera Roll, as well as some photos. but when I plugged my iPhone to iPhoto, the video doesn't so up as an option to transfer it to my computer, only the photos I saved can be transferred over. thats kind of strange, I wanted to check the resolution of the texted video compared to a regular video, but i can't.

Yea it sucks. But I'm more interested in photos than vids.

Sometime the "OMG you should look at this" takes place and having video can be handy. It's not the best quality but at least its there.

As for pictures, I am surprised on the quality when the picture is MMS'd from iPhone to iPhone. It really stays as it is.
