Video recording feature gone?

Video recording is not available via the camera app. you have to press to get the video option but even then once on the camera view it doesn't say Video. How the heck do you miss that. Come on Apple, its a beta be seriously?

Edit: i'm on the phone with my friend and I just said "Slo-mo" is gone too, and she said "what the F@$K did you download"...
