Video recording resolution in H.264/H.265

Will the 2020 27-inch iMac get H.265 when it comes out or will the Apple Silicon iMac only get it? I think the Apple Silicon iMac will only get it. When the 2020 27-inch iMac screen record its screen, does it record at its 5K (5120 x 2880) resolution at 60fps or does it record at 1440p or 1080p or how does it work?
