I recently purchased an Ipad 11 Pro mainly for watching videos, some of them in slow motion. I am very fond of watching videos on my MacBook Pro and being able to scrub forwards and backwards, frame by frame with the track pad (2 finger gesture, left and right to scrub video). I have not found a way to accomplish this on my Ipad. Any advice? So far I have just been saving video files in the Files App and then opening. Maybe I should use a 3rd party video app? Thanks for the help!

Sorry, isn't there a slider bar at the very bottom of the screen that allows you to scrub through the video?

Maybe I should be more clear...
There is but it is very difficult to go frame by frame. I’m used to iOS where you can slide your finder up and down to control the scrub rate. This will not do that. I can go forward and back but it wants to go very quickly.
