Guys the live video streams from both twit pad and twitlive.tv only run for 38 seconds at a time then stop. Then I have to press play again to get it to stream. Any help?

Seems there is a problem with U-Stream. They are aware and trying to fix it.
The twitpad and iphone stream both run on U-stream. The firefox stream is working fine.

Same issue for me even now

I am currently having a similar issue with TwitPad. Sometimes the video doesn't even load at all. Even did an iPad full reset and restore and loading just the TWiTpad application, but still no luck.

Khurram (original thread starter), are you still having the problem?

Anyone else seeing this issue?

38 second issue is resolved.

Khurram: uStream has resolved their issue with the video only playing for 38 seconds.
Apparently they made changes for their uStream iPad player, and impacted everyone else.

JoelMarcey: I know we've been emailing, but I still don't have an explanation as to why Both Safari and TWiTpad are having issues for you.

I'm going to keep an eye on this thread, to see if more folks have the same problem.

I have a update for TWiTpad that will be submitted to Apple tomorrow that changes the control used to play the video, so that 'may' indirectly help you, but if safari is having issues too, I'm not sure I can do much programatically.

Thanks!

Craig, I turned off my iPad last night to let it "rest". I woke up this morning, turned it on, and all seems to be working fine on TWiTpad now. This is bizarre. Let's just hope things stay this way now. Thanks for your help.

I'm getting "the file could not be found" errors. I wonder if anyone is having these problems as well.
Previously, I haven't had any problems with it though.

File Not Found error is a uStream problem

I've contacted the folks at TWiT and let them know there's an issue with the uStream feed.

The uStream feeds appear to be off line.

I've contacted the folks at TWiT and asked that they look into this from their side, and reach out to uStream to have them correct the streams.

For now, there's not much we can do, other than wait for Leo and his team to resolve the stream feeds.
