iPad Video to iCloud

I uploaded a wedding video on my home videos. Managed to add it to my Google phone how would I store this on the cloud I can’t see how I can add it?

The question is where you want to upload to iCloud. iCloud Drive, Photos, ... ?

Easy enough in Photos. In a web browser hit the upload button on the far right.

Anywhere will do but how do I get a the file from home videos to iCloud? Do I need to use a PC?

So it’s a 20gb file won’t let me upload says 10gb max. Same with Google also won’t move over to a usb even one with 60gb any ideas why?
