iPod Videos dont play in artwork window

For some reason this new iTunes does not play videos in that artwork window which is in the bottom left corner.

Before you opened a video a screen would pop but if you closed it then video would still play in that artwork window.

Did they get rid of that or is there a way to get it back?

Preferences/Playback

There's an option for Movies/TV Shows and Music Vidoes.
