I tried to look this up online but haven't found any good advice. The first few times I thought I was going crazy and maybe forgot to press the record button, but today I tried to record a biking video, and I even checked my phone a few times (on a mount) to make sure it was recording (it was), but by the time I got to my destination about 7 minutes later, my iPhone 11 Pro Max was locked and the footage was nowhere to be seen. Is there any way to look for the file if it wasn't saved?
